Stingers, Boomers, Cockatoos, Opals, Jackaroos, Sapphires, Crocodiles and Redbacks, today we have a new, and best of all, winning team, the Crownaroos.
Yes sports fans, in the toughest test of Aussie spirit (sorry, not the softball team) some of our finest athletes took on the world’s best in a 10,000km, five week, trot across eight countries on a course that even Pheippides (the Cliff Farmer of Greece in 490 BC) would have seen collapse and die early on.
